About the role

As a process operator, you will work with batch manufacturing according to established methods and ensure that production is documented correctly in PASX and other systems. You will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing within given instructions, troubleshooting production issues, and reporting quality deviations. The role also includes operator-controlled maintenance as well as following cleanroom procedures and maintaining high hygiene standards. You will handle and prepare raw materials, check materials against specifications, and collaborate with the quality department on deviations and CAPA processes. In addition, you will participate in improvement work and contribute to the development of processes and working methods to ensure efficient and safe production.

About you

Formal qualifications:

• High school education in natural sciences or engineering, or alternatively a bachelor's degree or vocational training as a process operator.

• Experience with GMP.

• Experience working in the process or pharmaceutical industry.

• Experience with batch manufacturing.

• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.

• Understanding of English.

• Knowledge of the Office suite for document management and process optimization.

Desirable:

• Completed cleanroom training and/or experience working in a cleanroom environment.

• Knowledge of GxP standards.

• Experience with operator-controlled maintenance.

• Experience with quality reporting.

• Attention to detail and flexibility.

• Able to work both independently and in a team.

• Strong quality awareness.

• Ability to ensure a safe working environment.
